Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Vendredii.ca. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds. Returns and exchanges are accepted for Toronto area only.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds on damaged/incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will cover all shipping costs for replacements or refunds in such cases, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

· To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  · Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  · In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  · In the same condition as you received it.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes or colors.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

· Final Sale or Clearance Items (clearly marked at the time of purchase).

· Gift / Lucky bags

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for the following reasons:

•   Personal preference (including style, color, or fit).

•   The absence of material composition tags or other labels on the garment.

•   Color differences

Please note: Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings. We do not accept returns or exchanges for color differences.

We strive to provide detailed descriptions and images. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.

 

Sizing & Fit Disclaimer

· Please refer to the detailed size chart before ordering, as sizes may vary by brand.

· Minor Variations: Due to differences in manual measurement methods and normal manufacturing tolerances, a slight variation of 1-4 cm (0.4-1.6 inches) in dimensions is considered acceptable and does not constitute a product defect.

· Not Grounds for Return/Refund: Discrepancies within this acceptable range are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

 

3. Refund Process

Once the return is approved, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

· Timing: Please allow:

  · 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed on our end.

  · An additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card account (timing depends on your financial institution's policies).

· Refund Amount: You will receive a refund for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

 

4. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on final sale or clearance cannot be refunded.
