Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All items are shipped directly from South Korea. The estimated total delivery time is 10 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation (excluding Friday, weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that this is an estimate. Actual delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections or carrier delays.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

 

3. Shipping Costs 

Toronto & GTA: $7.57 flat rate

Other major cities (Vancouver/Calgary/Montreal): Estimated at $10.87 and up. An extra fee may apply depending on the total weight of your order.

• Orders over $199 for other major cities

All shipping rates include taxes.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional cost.

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any change signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
